Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival in Lilongwe, Malawi
Your adventure begins upon arrival at Lilongwe Airport, where you’ll be warmly greeted by your expert guides, Floris and Rose. After a scenic transfer to your accommodation, you’ll meet your fellow travellers for the journey ahead. Settle in, enjoy a delicious welcome dinner, and share your excitement for the days to come.
Day 2 - 4
Liwonde National Park
After a hearty breakfast, you’ll embark on a scenic transfer to Liwonde National Park, one of Malawi’s most captivating wildlife reserves. Over the next three days, you’ll be immersed in nature’s beauty while capturing stunning photographs of the diverse wildlife.
• Game Drives & Boat Safaris: Explore the park from different perspectives with exhilarating morning and afternoon game drives. Glide along the Shire River on a boat safari, where you’ll encounter hippos, crocodiles, and a myriad of bird species.
• Photographic Hide: Spend time at the photographic hide, a perfect spot for those looking to capture wildlife in their natural habitat up close.
• Relax and Unwind: Between exciting activities, enjoy some downtime. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, read a book, or continue your photographic journey by capturing the beautiful surroundings of the camp. You’ll also have ample time to interact with Floris, Rose and other photographers, learning tips and tricks for improving your photography skills and your post-processing techniques.
Day 5
Return to Lilongwe – Photography Review & Reflections
After an early morning activity, you’ll be transferred back to Lilongwe for a night of relaxation and reflection. Review the incredible photos you’ve captured so far and learn some essential post-processing tips to enhance your shots. As the day comes to an end, enjoy a cozy dinner with your group, share stories, and prepare for the next leg of your journey across the border to Zambia.
Day 6 - 9
South Luangwa National Park, Zambia
After an early breakfast, you’ll journey to South Luangwa National Park in Zambia, widely considered one of the finest safari destinations in Africa. You’ll stay at the stunning Msandile River Lodge, where the beauty of the surroundings and exceptional wildlife encounters await you.
• Morning & Afternoon Game Drives: South Luangwa is renowned for its rich wildlife, and you’ll have daily game drives led by experienced guides. Capture majestic lions, elusive leopards, spirited elephants, and the park’s incredible birdlife.
• Relax & Reflect: After each safari, relax at the lodge with a cool drink, dive into the pool to refresh, or explore the surroundings to capture even more wildlife moments.

Day 10
Farewell – Journey Home
